Richard Bock has been practicing and teaching meditation, breathwork, aquatic bodywork (Waterdance, Watsu, and aquatic Craniosacral) - all forms of True Contact - for 20 years.

Richard has taught the essentials of True Contact in the US, Europe, India and Asia. He was born and raised in Northern Bavaria in Germany, learned English while living in India, and served and taught as a Hindu priest in an ashram environment for 15 years. A long history of meditation and Bhakti yoga serve as the foundation for his mastery-level work in healing and teaching.
A longtime resident of Harbin Hot Springs, Richard lives in Northern California, and is available for sessions and private classes by appointment throughout California. Richard is available to travel to bring True Contact to your location.
